How it Works in Bugweri : Under the guidance of the Planning Department, Production Department, and Community Based Services Department, the PDM is implemented through Parish Development Committees (PDCs) and Parish Development Saccos (PDSs). We facilitate the mobilization and training of communities to identify their needs, prioritize investments, and access revolving funds for viable income-generating projects at the parish level.
